Build 5290 (32 bit) MediaCoder VOD edition "No More License"

I think I should report this "No more license available at the moment" error on a separate post.

I don't know what has been done, but whenever I close the MediaCoder VOD edition, I can't open it again, it will ALWAYS complain "No more license available at the moment". I have tried to uninstall the program , I even delete all the config files in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Broad Intelligence\MediaCoder VOD Edition and then do a fresh installation.

It will still give me this error as soon as I try to repoen MediaCoder VOD edition. Please help.

Please let me know if you need any log (and tell me where to find that log) for you to solve this issue. I just can't use the software right now, It will just complain no more license available everytime I close and reopen the application now. I will have to wait another half an hour before I can use again, which is really bad.

I can not use the program now.
