I'm running build 2194 (July 10) and trying to convert FLV to DivX (AVI). Converts fine but sound and video are seriously out of sync - right from first frame it appears - and then gets worse. Any ideas for fix?
Great program BTW.

Try specifying an output frame rate.

In the Picture tab (in the main window), you can specify frame rate.

Cheers Stanley. Did that. No difference. Still major audio/video sync problems. Any other suggestions?

What kind of files are you transcoding from? I already found some Flash Video files have such a issue. This is likely a bug in MEncoder. I will look into it.
