Latest builds need fix for Media Transcoding Platform

Stanley: is MediaCoder still supporting the Media Transcoding Platform?

If so, it needs a fix to avoid the XULRunner popup that mentions Platform 1.9.2.3!

Workaround: modify the Application.ini file in the folder "xulapp > mcex" -- change the last entry for [Gecko] to 'MaxVersion=1.9.9' in Notepad.
