errors (DVD loading error....faac.exe error)

I was sent to your site as the product is really easy and great. I downloaded it and I was trying to create a copy of a DVD that I own. I clicked on add track and chose all DVd and then clicked on the start button. About 5 seconds later I got and error that read Faac.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. then I get a video transcoding - XX seconds left for choice. This is telling me that I have encountered a problem..

Help I want to be able ot convert DVD I own to MP4's so I can watch them on my Iphone. Any suggestions??

Is faac.exe part of MediaCoder, or the K-Lite codec pack?
