MediaCoder

I am trying to convert a .txt file to a LAME mp3. The in_txt.dll plugin for winamp allows use of Microsoft TTS 5.0 voices to output audio. When I start the encode, a dialogue pops up saying "Failed to initialize Microsoft Text-To-Speech Engine version 5.0" and then MediaCoder crashes. This also happens when I open the options dialogue for the text input plugin, but it allows me to see the in_txt options dialogue, in which their are no available voices to select from. When I close the in_txt options dialogue then MediaCoder crashes.

Is there anyway that MediaCoder could natively support text to speech?
