Please excuse the epic bump, but google search brough me here.

So.....I was just experimenting with Mediacoder 0.8.33. Is there a way to add a watermark/logo on the encoded video?

Thanks.

MediaCoder version 0.8.56 build 5950

Seems after hours of seeking hardly a solution, it was easier than I thought...

Firstly, go to Video tab, detick Auto and click on Source right next to FFmpeg (see the picture below).

This leads to :

Then, type the Overlay File Path (yes do type, cause copy paste doesn't work here, and the exact path, of course).

PNG works fine, even with transparency. :P

Overlay Time : 0 for the very beginning, but don't put 0 for the very end, it make it all crash. Do like the pic, write billions zéros.

Overlay position : pixels from top and left. Easier to simply make a full frame picture. it's all up to you guys :D

Cool reply buddy but did you even try this? Because it does not actually work. Error (13) source error. I tried both the ffmpeg and avisynth methods.

I am ripping dvd iso image to h264. And would like to put logo.

Please do share nugget of wisdom if u have.

Also want to avoid any streched/filtered/capture or other subpar quality video source modes.

I think water logos should always be used.
