MediaCoder

So, I'm trying to convert a bunch of MP3s to WMAs for phone playback, and I've installed Windows Media Encoder, but for some reason, MediaCoder only converts every other MP3 in the list of files to be converted. I've tried this multiple times, and when doing the same thing with a smaller or larger group of files, I still only get half of them converted. MediaCoder cannot convert a single file when only one is present in the list. I'm using the latest version, 1.5.0-r1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try changing Settings->Audio Options->Force Intermediate Waveform File to Yes.
