I had sync issues with DVD sources and Divx files. Mainly when encoding to H264

I've been investigating this. I suspect this is a bug in the MEncoder, I tried the earlier MEncoder and it doesn't have this issue.

i am not a specialist, so can you guide me into the steps in order to get the earlier version of this Mencoder ans the profile to use in order to make this AVI to FLV convertion work ?
