Codec support/suggestion (3 ideas)

1)
Can Theora video-codec please be included ???
2)
xVid has a the option to encode parts of the video, lets say the ending credits, in a different quality. (Zones)
I always have it encode end credits in grayscale and 10% of the used bitrate for the rest of the movie. Such a thing possible to add as an option in Mediacoder?
2b)
And an idea for saying Xvid which frame you want to start encoding with different settings: show the movie in a preview! So the users don't have to open it everytime with a program like VirtualDub to define from which frame the other settings should be used, and enter that value in program X.

Not sure if it's THAT usefull, but Xvid (and theora too I think) allow 3-pass encoding. Theora even allows n-pass encoding. Something to implement?
