I'm using the most current version of WINE and of Media Coder (3945).
Encoding to most things fail. All that I am able to successfully convert is .flv to mp4. Joining will not work also.
Instead of encoding the files, media coder opens up the statistics window and the "encoded MBs" box just counts and the tabs in the main window keep changing.
