MP3 -> OGG 0.6.0.3858

Hello !

I can't transcode my MP3 in OGG (96Kbps) for this version.
I have the error 11.

You MP3 is detected as a video file. Strange.
Try disable video on video tab.
When things work together, things work.

No, it's the same problem that this thread.
I set the audio source to MPlayer and I have no problem.
The bug is fixed in 0.6.0.3865.
