MPA Decoding Bug

There's only one way to decode MPEG-2 audio file (MPA) - it's to use MPlayer. And what happens is the output file just gets generated forever. It's unplayable and the progress indicator doesn't go beyond 0%, while the file just keeps on getting bigger and bigger.
