Encoding to Real Media VB support

hey I am suggesting this as since you all ready can encode to Real audio with copying Helix Producer into the codec directory and all that but you should add video encoding support (Still using Helix Producer) so those of us that like real media format can encode to it

Sorry but at this moment I don't have extra time to dig into Helix SDK.
On the other hand, the SDK is not fully open.

You don't have too. Just have mediacoder send commands to producer.exe basically make mediacoder a simple frontend for helix producer. No real change is necessary

As I know Helix Producer has limited decoding capability. Usually I send decoded frame data to such encoders to let them encode.
