Internet Explorer cannot download welcome/ from 127.0.0.1

I have the latest build, I think (0.6.0 build 3515)

When I start MediaCoder, it says "Internet Explorer cannot download welcome/ from 127.0.0.1". Then I have to wait for a timeout or something before the window closes and it loads MediaCoder.

I run Windows Vista

This bug was fixed in build 3520. Download the latest development version of MediaCoder.
