Not able to select the audio track when converting video+audio

I have mutiple audio tracks in my video file and I want to convert only the Audio track (1) for example.
Then in the Audio Tab I tick "Enabled" check box and select ID:1
After the encoding I got the audio track (0) instead of (1).
It seems that the selection has no effect and the system always convert audio track (0) when you convert both video & audio at the same time.
More over, there is no possibility to select multiple audio tracks to convert.
