MEncoder retrieves wrong video source

When I set Video/Source/MEncoder, it retrieves video into half part at beginning, and the half part at ending will be randomly Pictures.

I find:
1 MEncoder is as bug as above
2 WM Decoder makes software doesn't work
3 AVI Reader and Image Decoder gives a suddenly exit
The video is produced by Win10 Xbox recording (press Win+G and capture, the win10 inbuilt recording)
