The software doesn't seem to be capable of using subtitles file when hardcoding said subtitles, if the path to them contains Cyrillic letters. So it hardcodes nothing or even random subtitles that it finds in video's container.
The problem was observed on Windows 7 a long time ago and on Windows 10 recently.
