build 5990: clipping doesn't work when copy video/audio enabled

i wanted to trim my video by using options in time tab but met some problems.
if i check "copy video" and "copy audio" both, the output file will basically be the same as the source (iow, clipping didn't work at all).
if i check "copy audio" only, the video will be trimmed while the audio won't. and this causes the sound to be out of sync.
