Build 5166: .ts -> .mkv not working

trying to convert .ts to .mkv

When willing to change container only, I have never succeeded with copying both video and audio simultaneously with any versions of mediacoder.
I think it is necessary to encode at least one, video or audio, to re-construct A/V sync and etc..
