Video + Audio asyncron using CUDA (video too fast/speeds up)

Hi all,

I have some .TS file which I want to convert to H.264 in a .avi container.
Using CUDA speeds up encoding like hell, but my result is, that audio plays in normal speed but video plays much to fast.
I´m not very familiar with encoding, so I´m sure that I made the mistake. :oops:
But without your help I won´t find out what to do.
Attached you can see my current settings.
Please help. :)
