Premium Version still no GPU support for x265.10bit encode! Intel Encode & NVENC always error 14

Pay for Premium Version to enjoy the promise of x265 encode with GPU support.

Try several PCs and unable to get x265.10bit encode with GPU support. Yesterday got a new NUC12 with Intel A770M dGPU. Wish this new NUC can got more effective encoding.

Today test on GUI for x265.10bit encoding & H.265 encoding. Result as:
1) x265.10bit: no GPU support available. With GPU, overall encoding spreed about 0.2x - even slower than my old and out-dated PC. What's wrong?
2) H.265 with Intel Encoder and NVENC, both got error 14. Tried to install the offcial recmoomended 1-4 code packs.

Appreciate for anyone's help and suggestion.

x265 is a CPU only encoder. NVENC works with proper GPU and driver installed.
When things work together, things work.
