Problem with installer mediacoder (ffmpeg not installed)

Hello, I have Windows Vista x32. During MediaCoder's installation v0.7.2.4526 there goes out for me a notice of which it could not downloading and to install ffmpeg codec.
My connection in internet is perfect.
What can I do?
