Converting vob to DivX4/5 doesn't work

Hi all, when im trying to play (with some players), I always got the following message : error loading codec. Iv tryed severals vob files ...
Anybody can give me advise ? Thanks. Filduche :)

Hi.

The message seems to indicate that you need to update your codecs.
I am guessing that you are talking about computer players.

Some Stand-alone players can be flashed to update. In this instance you
must go to the manufacturers site to get the proper files and instructions.

Hello itspete, Im using up to date power dvd and windows media player ... has anybody try to convert vob into divx 4/5 ? Nice evening to all. FilDuch

Hi.
Have tried a different Player?Power dvd can cause problems.
I use WinDvd, Zoom Player, Nero ShowTime and a host of others.
VLC is another one but it has errors within it, so I advise not using it.

Video TAB:
Format:
MPEG-4(DivX4/5)

Creating, Avi, MPG etc no problems, hence me asking you to try another
player.

Please supply your settings and I'll have a look with my stuff a.s.a.p
