Changing output format

Sorry but Iam really new how do you change output format I would like to transcode from .rm to ipod format

iPod video is MPEG-4 with AAC. I don't know the detail spec of iPod playable files. But you can try.
Video format: Xvid
Audio encoder: Nero AAC, set to LC-AAC
Container format: MP4
You may well need to resize the video to a certain resolution.
