Transcoding RM files to H264

We have a number of video files for which we own the copyright which were encoded into Realmedia we do not have the original camera tapes for some reason

We are trying to encode from the .rm files to either a H264 or a Flash video format since we no longer wish to support real media

The Real media file has a resolution of 720x576 the output files seem to be coming out at 360x288 this is regardless of wether I output to FLA or H264

I have tried setting the picture tab to both original and to 720x576 and the result seems to be the same, Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?

restart application
