Help, i cannot encode with 2-pass

I clic start transcoding, then I have this error message:
The testing phase has failed. Do you still want to process the whole file ?

If i answer No : --->
The transcoding is not sucessful. please chek log for details

If i choose Yes : --->
Transcoding completed.
1file / 0 MB have been transcded into 0.1 MB
total time elapsed: 4 seconds
compression ratio: 0.00:1

Nothing happens, no file output
