I am a guy that likes portable apps and do research on a program called thinstall, SO far I am not really a big fan of it, (Prefer the NSIS scripting language to handle my needs ;)) Well anyways I found a link for a thinstalled version of MediaCoder found here http://www.thindownload.com/app-download/7/MediaCoder

Thinstall does everything, but as for my way I have to see what changes the program makes (registry and file system wise) then I create an NSIS script designed around the program to launch the program and have it cleanup any mess that the program leaves behind
