mpeg-4 Simple @ L3

Hello,
I have a media portable device which can play video files.
In the specifications it says the format should be mpeg-4 simple @ L3 however im unable to match this spec with Mediacoder so I can transcode other video files to watch on my portable device.

Anyone can help me finding the correct settings in MediaCoder so that the files are mpeg-4 Simple @ L3 ?

Switch format to Xvid under Video Tab. Click the format button.

MediaCoder Preference
Video Encoders --> Xvid --> Profile --> Simple Profile Level 3
