I've been using MediaCoder version 0.3.9 build 1895 and I noticed a new problem that did not exist in an older version 0.3.8.
The numeric value of sound quality for encoding Ogg Vorbis that the user assigns is no longer expressed correctly. It previously was correclty expressed on a scale of 1 to 10 out to two decimal places. Now it is expressed on a scale of 1 to 1000. In other words, there is a decimal error by a factor of 100. So, 2.75 now equals 275.
