Encoding audio/rewrapping mp4 - mp4box writes no files / ffmpeg reports errors

Hello, relatively new to MediaCoder and trying it extensively to encode some older AVIs.
MediaCoder handles the files well, but some of them are problematic.
The files are written with FFMPEG, but MediaCoder reports errors, so I tried different settings, like a different container.
When using mp4box no file is being written to destination directory.
The files are AVI with H264 and mp3 audio.
The setting is to just copy video and encode audio to lc-aac in mp4 container.
These are just audio and rewrapping jobs.
I'm trying MediaCoder-x64-0.8.63.
