Is possible use MediaCoder GPU enconder in Linux WINE ?

I has tested Mediacoder in Linux using WINE and works very well converting sound and video.
The GPU acceleration not is possible select CUDA or NVENC even if in Linux the GPU has support for NVENC.
I not understand if is possible create some change in mediacoder source code to do commands to use NVENC or CUDA code in Linux system.
Is possible mediacoder access NVENC in Linux ?
