MediaCoder not able to connect to internet

Hello,
I have been using MediaCoder for years and so far without problems.
However for a few days I noticed that at the start the web page was not displayed after a few seconds as usual but the program works correctly.
On the other hand when I click on "Obtain the pass" a message "Please make sure MediaCoder is able to connect to Internet" appears.
I disabled the anti virus and the firewall but without success.
I currently have version 0.8.53
I installed the latest version but now the program does not start at all!
