Rob the audio from a VOB file?

I recently cut a video clip from a DVD Movie using DVD Shrink. But I do not need the video, only the audio. Video file is too large for Email.
I would like to use Mediacoder to extract the audio stream and save it to a folder which I can convert to an MP3 file. The only problem is that I am new to this mediacoder thing and have no idea how to do this. Can anyone help me do this, step-by-step? A friend reccommended this site to me.

Try going to the "Video" tab on the bottom left and set the "Codec" to "Bypass". MediaCoder should then only create the audio file.
