Does full mediacoder donation license for life cover GPU?

I'm not a business etc, but I'm very interested in the lifetime donation thing for unrestricted video processing

Does this cover quicksync? Mediacoder has the best quicksync encoder around, but does the full donation package cover unlimited use of it?

I think it does? The donation-based, non-Premium version has always had access to all GPU-accelerated encoding ever since I donated 3 years ago. And I'm unsure what you mean by unlimited use... you have a 50 file limit for one queue but you can still just make a new queue and keep going if there's more than 50 files.
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are not.
