How to select audio language tracks when ripping a DVD?

A DVD oftentimes contains mutlitple langauge tracks (english, german, spanish, dutch,...)

How can I tell MC to select a certain language track (other than the current default) and take it as new default?

Have you tried the panel to the right of the "enabled" check box on the Audio tab?
(select the audio ID)
