How to auto-crop black bars around video content?

Post by pstein » Mon Dec 10, 2012 12:03 am

Assume I ripped a DVD into a VIDOE_TS folder on my hard disc.

Now I want to convert this video into an *a.avi or *.mkv video.

How exactly can I let MC auto-crop the black bars/areas around the video (and keep aspect ratio)?

If this is automatically not possible:
Is there a manual crop possible?
