Where can I find one as I have no idea where to start. I just want to convert certain movie files so that they could fit into my VIDEO IPOD. Any clues?

Go to Extension Menu --> Extension.
Select iPod under Digital Media Player category . This will bring up MediaCoder for iPod window. Configure preset, video bitrate and audio bitrate. Click start when you're done.

I have a list of 20 audio file extensions in the FLAC format which I want to transcode into something that I can burn to disc that will play on my standalone CD player.
I've tried MediaCoder twice and both times I only get white noise when I play the CD.

Revert all settings through file menu. Then switch audio format to waveform.
