I was told I could use MediaCoder to convert .MOV files from my Kodak camera to files my iPod could use.
I ran it, and it did something, but I was just guessing about what to do. I did a search for one file name, and tried dragging the most recent file to iTunes, but that didn't work. It may be that I just don't understand iTunes yet - but more likely I don't understand MediaCoder.
Are there instructions somewhere?

Use the Digital Media Player plug-in to create a compatible video file. To do this, simply click the extension button on the toolbar. This will be listed as iPod under Digital Media Player.
