FYI the iPod will play files with extensions .mov, .mp4 and .m4v. Hi Charles, Thanks i will try what you suggest. I should mention here that I tried playing back in Media Player Classic and the same problem occurred. NO VIDEO but audio played ok. However, I will try out your suggestion and post a reply again. By the way, there is no option for .MOV container in Me...

Hi Charles,

i tried EXACTLY what you have posted on the Tips & Guides section.

the problem is that i does not show video in QUICKTIME but VLC media player happily plays it back. would you be able to check it with Quicktime even if you don't have an iPod.

Sorry, i forgot to add that when i use h.264 codec the video shows up all white in Quicktime but other media players play it back fine. the quality is great. xvid has too much pixellation especially with fast motion or fast cits in the visual
