Yes converted file runs smooth as to either Star-Ch or WOWOW.
Star-Ch 5.1ch TS file leads proper mp4 file, but WOWOW 5.1 Ch TS file
leads abnormal mp4 file in which audio speed is faster than video speed.
Why?

Used audio CODEC is either nero or FAAC. Abnormal resultant mp4 is still got with Mediacoder 0.6.2.4275.
