I even select "Video Filter" -> "Postprocessing" -> "Deinterlace" -> "FFmpeg filter" or other deinterlace option(Sure also had the postprocessing option enabled at the "Picture" tab). It seem no deinterlace process were performed. The output video(Xvid .avi) still seeing horizontal lines around image.

Please support vob file >2GB
MediaCoder look like the coming killer application for encoding - if it support vob file >2GB. A full DVD(D5) ripped vob at least sized 4.3GB.
Hope we can see this real improvement. Thanks

is there a way for it to read a DVD folder (VIDEO_TS) It is not necessary for an encoder to rip DVD directly, sometimes it may cause legal issue(just like the case of DVDdecrypter and DVDshirk). But at least properly scan a full DVD ripped .vob file(4.3GB or above) is a must. Autogk do that without...

What? :shock: Capable of encoding DVD size video should be a default feature of every encoder, we are living in the era of NTFS or above! Are you planning to update MediaCoder to handle files over 2GB? It is better to state clearly on the mainpage that it can process files under 2GB only. Now I feel...

Vob => Xvid totally failure...
After encoding a few small vob files to Xvid with the MediaCoder 0.5.0 pre8, I proceed to test encoding a full DVD. I ripped the DVD with DVDdecrypter, got a single 4.3GB vob file. Note that I perform such routine procedure(DVDdecrypter and then Autogk) to generate Xvid .avi files for long time, I a...
