MediaCoder ignoring "Extra MEncoder Options"
build 2338 and build 0.5.1pre I have a DVD that mencoder cannot use '-dvd-device "H:\VIDEO_TS"', which is the default. Instead, it should be '-dvd-device "H:"'. I used the "Extra MEncoder Options" and "Extra MPlayer Options" to set that and it works fine in the preview and playback. However, when I ...

Another three UI change request. ^_^ The two tabbed containers do not stretch horizontally when the window is resized or maximised. It would also be nice to be able to adjust the height of all three tabbed containers. The ability to 'remember' the changes we did to the window and tabbed containers s...

Are you using the XULRunner or Firefox? If it is Firefox, which version of Firefox? If it is XULRunner, can you post a screenshot?
You can host a screenshot with http://imageshack.us without registration.

From your report, I would guess that that you unchecked the XULRunner option during install and you don't have Firefox installed in your system. MediaCoder uses the XULRunner for its configuration interface. If the XULRunner is unavailable, it will try to use Firefox's XUL interface. I guess that Me...

My workaround is to uninstall MediaCoder, and then reinstall it without the XULRunner option (uncheck the XULRunner option). MediaCoder will use Firefox for its configuration. I don't know what happens if you don't have Firefox. Perhaps MediaCoder might be able to use Thunderbird, Seamonkey or Netsc...

Auto-shutdown when can't find source file
With MediaCoder-0.5.0-r1 and mediacoder-update-2316. I did some h.264 test encodes with an MPEG-2 source, and it worked fine. Then I deleted the source file and forgot that I did that. Then I downloaded the update, ran the same encode (with the now deleted source) and MediaCoder starts the shutdown ...
