You can set audio delay by going to Settings->Overall->Decoding

This issue has already been fixed in latest version.

Only Premium version allows output resolution above 1080p. You can upgrade to Premium with your donation amount credited.

MediaCoder relies MEncoder, FFmpeg or AviSynth for decoding. It does not handle decoding by itself.

There there is no manual. It will take ages to write up the manual to explain every thing as there are so many settings and combinations of them.
