The encoding quality is totally decided by the hardware video codec in the graphic card. All GPU accelerated encoding has some trade-off between speed and quality.

It is normal some encoders require the resolution width/height should be dividable by 16 for optimum performance.

You can choose audio track. Multiple video track is not supported.
