I Need Help with 3GP encoding for mobile phones
Here are the 3gp requirements I need to hit: 176x144 resolution 10fps MPEG-4 (Mp4/3GP) video Bit Rate is 32kbps (minimum) Audio = AAC at 16-32 KHz mono Audio Bit Rate is 24-32kbps I can get the Xvid codec to do 3gp, but I can't get the mpeg 4 codec to do it. What about WAV to ACC+?
I've tried several settings and each time the .acc file sounds like highspeed chipmunks or I get an error message. Any help is appreciated.
