I guess I'll have to give that a try but MediaCoder should be able to encode MKV container with the VFW set to the vp7 codec and Vorbis audio?? I have been able to successfully export an AVI out of VirtualDub with audio off as I cannot get OGG Vorbis audio within virtualdub, even then I dont know if...

It appears that no matter what I try I get Audio stream and video stream cannot be muxed together, if I say continue anyway at the very end of the transcode I get Unsupported avi file bitstream not compliant.Placio74 wrote:MKV (Matroska).

AHH OK gotcha now... I still want to get my h264 file encoded with the vp7 codec - now I take it that I can use the Vorbis audio if I'm using AVI as the container? and on2 as the codec? Vorbis in AVI? It's very problematic... Can use FFmpeg as encoder, but transcoded file probably will not be playa...
