MediaCoder

ok now its saying its having a problem with the MEncoder, its saying its either absent or not supported

i set the output folder. but it starts to get the video, but then it does that 008 error, 'no file is ouputed', when i have seleceted it

hey i have only just installed the Media coder, and am trying to convert a you tube video. and im stuck on the Output folder. what is it. i selected my documents, i assume output is where its going to go ? i keep getting the 008 error message, saying no output folder, what do i do. can someone help me
