Re: VST Plugin Support
Thanks mixer. What is the Steinberg license for the use of developer package? How much does that cost? Maybe we can get together and sponsor that package for Stanley for adding VST plugin support to MediaCoder. It is just not Audacity. Many video transcoder programs are beginning to support VST plug...

Please please Stanley say something about VST support. I am willing to support this by giving a $100 donation in advance.

Re: VST Plugin Support
Thank you mixer for your heads up. I can give a donation of $100 for this if my two VST audio plugins will work in MediaCoder with the controls. Please Stanley do it. How can I contact Stanley directly?

Re: VST Plugin Support
Bump, bump. It has been 1 year now and still no VST Plugin support. Sorenson Squeeze has also added it. I think this is the most important thing which MediaCoder needs right now. Please gives us some news or a rough ETA about it. Thank you.

m2ts avchd problem
I am still getting the error 13 for a m2ts file in the latest version. It says failed to load JM Decoder. I saw the file is mts in your blog screenshot. When we transfer the mts file on the camera to the hard drive via Sony software, it makes a m2ts file. m2ts does not seem to work yet.

WMV-VC1 Support in the Output Options
Greetings. WMV-VC1 is the best Blu-ray output format. It gives better quality than any MP4 Blu-ray codec at the same bitrate. Can you please add direct WMV-VC1 output support in MediaCoder in the Output options? We need an option to change or select our own custom profiles (prx) for WMV-VC1 in Media...

VST Plugin Support
Greetings! I want to kindly request for support for VST Plugins. The new Sorenson Squeeze 5 has support for VST Plugins while batch encoding. So I am sure MediaCoder can have it too. VST Plugin Support would make MediaCoder the king of all free encoders and transcoders. Would it be possible? Thanks.

Any news on .m2ts (avchd) to .mp4 support in MediaCoder? I downgraded .m2ts to .mpg via the Sony Viewer converter which converted the audio from 5.1 dolby to mpg also. The created mpg converts to mp4 fine in MediaCoder. The problem is the dolby 5.1 surround sound audio in the m2ts files recorded by ...

sony or nero avchd player
I use the Sony AVCHD player which came on the CD with the camera. I think the latest versions of the Nero Player should also play the m2ts file fine. I think the problem is that the audio in the m2ts file is 5.1 surround sound Dolby which may be causing the problem. I can upload the Sony AVCHD playe...
