Just found MediaCoder and I figured I would send my thanks. I have been fooling around with a/v transcoding type stuff for a while now, and this is the best tool I have found for what I need to do.

This is true for me also. What I found will work is setting the global Settings > Task > Duplicate Directory Structure.

I was having the same problem, as I am new to MediaCoder. What I found was that if you check the box through the interface, it just resets, even if you just switch tabs. I had to go through "Settings (CTRL-S) > Task > Duplicate Directory Structure" to have it not only set globally but to even have i...
