If you want to play your file with ipod, you maybe have to try ipod plugin again.

If you try to preview the file you are trying to transcode, does it play?

I don't know what went wrong.. what did you put to audio settings?

If you however want to convert something to ogg vorbis, you have to go to folder where mediacoder is installed, open "codecs" folder there, and rename oggenc2.exe to oggenc.exe.

That way the error message I mentioned earlier disappears

video resizing didn't work in newest version. Original resolution was 960x528 and I tried resize to 640x363. It wasn't resized.

I downloaded older version (MediaCoder-0.5.0-r1.exe) and resizing seems to work there.
